I have been a fan of Chris & Andrew Fox for a long time. This product sadly falls short of Chris’s normal standard. Not because of the Quality of the product, far from it but because Chris and his colleagues gave bitten off far more than thay can chew this time.
They have attracted a User base of complete beginners for this product and because of this the prodcut is virtually unsupportable. Support tickets get unanswered for weeks at a time only to be closed as they put a video that does NOT answer your query. Mnay of users have not got the first idea about the basics of domains, hosting & FTP, with many still struggling to get their websites indexed 5 weesk after the launch of the product. Chris & his team just cannot support this novice user base.
Whilst I am relaltivley new to Affilate Marketing, I am more than up to speed with domains and FTP etc and whilst I did get a couple of websites up and working in 24 hours, many of the Wordpress Plugins were not availiable at that time so, I have had to add them manually so, it is more like about 100 clicks to get it working. It also took me nearly 3 weeks to get one site up because of the lack of support on a problem I had with it that they themsleves could not and did not fix.
You get constant promises of things to come that are always many days late. This week the promise was for new site content on 1st of June, it still has not arrived by June 4th.
Come on Chris, tell it as it is. Stop the BS and admit your are really struggling on this one.
Just be truthful and I will stick with you but I am fed up with the tissue of lies.
